Prop D claims to have a shocking secret. This is a mailer they did last week to voters about patients at Laguna Honda. You probably think she is a patient from Laguna Honda who is a victim of violence, right? But no. The real shocking secret from Prop D is that she is an actress who was attacked by photo shop.

How did you discover this? It is utterly appalling. Anyone who is, or knows, a victim of elder abuse, ought to be incensed at the duplicity of the Prop D proponants.

I fail to see what’s so appalling about the campaign. Would you prefer they found an actual resident who’d been struck and photographed them?
Using actors to portray a situation is standard practice in the advertising industry.
